   3,000,000 Metric Tons Used Steel Rails (R50-R65)Cut in 1.5 meter sticks OPTION 1 PAYMENT TERM: The buyer will be affected by DLC (Documentary Letter Credit) at sight via MT 700 corresponding to 01 (one) MONTH of contract with expiration of 13 (thirteen) months in favor of the SELLER according to the following terms and conditions: The Buyers payment must be IRREVOCABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-DIVISIBLE, CONFIRMED, NEGOTIABLE, AND UNCONDITIONAL PAYMENT AGAINST SHIPPING DOCUMENTS. Issued or confirmed by a TOP WORLD PRIME 25 BANK by MT 103 within 03 (three) days, at the PORT OF CARGO, / against the shipping documents. (Commercial invoice, bill of lading and SGS report) Partial shipments must be reported in the bank instrument. The sellers bank receives and confirms the bank instrument. Within 7 bank business days, the sellers bank issues the performance bond of 2% of the one month shipping value to the buyers bank. Sellers bank issues Complete Product Proof (POP) to buyers bank (bank to bank) for each shipment OPTION 2 PAYMENT TERM: The buyer shall make the payment of every lot of Goods through SBLC MT 760 (Standby Letter Credit) of 01 (one) month of contract with a maturity of 13 (thirteen) payment (one) month of contract with a maturity of 13 (thirteen) payments upon presentation of the Shipping Documents by the Sellers bank to the confirming bank. The payment will be delivered to the seller by MT 103 (that is, the payment must be 100% AT SIGHT against the shipping documents, at the PORT OF CARGO).
