(22) 50-foot damage-free (DF Type) Railway Boxcars  wood floors and belt rail equipped, with a load capacity of no less than 80-tons. Newly manufactured boxcars are preferred but refurbished boxcars with no fewer than 10 years of remaining service life will also be considered. The remaining service life will be in accordance with AAR interchange rules when the boxcars were originally manufactured. The design shall be based on a gross rail load (GRL) of 263,000 pounds. All boxcars shall be delivered to New Jersey.   There must be new and/or used railway boxcars for this effort. All railcars in this procurement are specified to be manufactured with either new or certified reutilized components. Paint and finish shall be fresh and boxcar interior and decks shall be newly fabricated under any circumstances.   See Spec Sheet Below for Further Requirements
