Seller enters into a Non-Exclusive Listing Agreement with Sterling Rail. All phone calls and emails from prospective Buyers or Sellers come through Sterling Rail.
For Sale Ads
Sterling Rail receives a commission from the Seller on transactions closed with Sterling’s Purchaser clients. There is no Buyer’s Premium to the Purchaser.
Wanted Ads
Sterling Rail receives a commission from Seller on transactions closed with Sterling’s Purchaser clients. In the vast majority of cases, there is no Buyer’s Premium to the Purchaser.
In the occasional instance where Seller is unable or unwilling to pay any commission, this will be detailed to Purchaser and Purchaser, at its sole option, may either pass on the Purchase or complete the transaction and pay a 5% Buyer’s Premium to Sterling Rail.

Advertising Copy Deadline
Deadline for each print edition of Sterling Rail Classifieds is the first weekday of the month, one month prior to the cover date, with the publication arriving on RR Executives’ desks during the first week of that issue’s Cover Date.
